Consolidation Framework
Architecture: Business and Technology

CodePIPS provides next generation tools to enable Risk Aggregation, Capital Calculations, P&L and Portfolio Analytics with strong set of integrated data and analytics tools for a broad swath of customers on the Buy Side, Sell Side and Service Providers.

Our Analytics and Data Libraries provide a rapid development platform from which firms can build sophisticated solution in order to understand their aggregated risk exposures across the organization, including in real time if required. Users can slice and dice data along any dimension to reveal risk exposures taken by individual Traders, Portfolio Managers and Business Units.

Our solutions are highly configurable allowing for distinct and customized views to our Users. Our risk and performance view tool box are designed to be flexible, but are also well organized. They are designed to help the Clients to build a variety of aggregation and reporting tools on select vectors, and they also maintain all the associations that lets our Users to dynamically drill down Positions to Trade Levels and Risks to Contributing Factor Levels; and to slice and dice across any dimensions of counterparty risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, market risk, issuer etc. in real-time to analyze any outliers or discrepancies.

The core of the aggregation and optimization framework is based on a well organized and sophisticated Four-Quadrants Solution Framework depicted in the business logo. The 1st Quadrant represents the Analytics Functions run off the Framework (+X,+Y), the 2nd represents the Population for Analysis viz. the Business and Market Scalars (-X,+Y). The 3rd represents the Mapping Framework of all References and Associations (-X,-Y), and the 4th represents the Dimensions or the Scaling Vectors along which Users would like to power their Analysis (+X,-Y).

Critically, our tools encapsulate the various systems software and hardware stacks leveraging data grids, files systems and hardware directly to build high performance, modular applications capable of running very sophisticated query models independent of the underlying systems and their data management technologies ( RDBMS, Datagrid, Object Data Base etc.).
